Integrative pulp molding Laboratory Machine is a combined machine independently developed by NANYA. Pulp molding process use virgin pulp or waste paper as raw materials, after hydraulic pulp, mixing, using vacuum pulp adsorption on the product mold to form wet products, and then drying, hot pressing, get biodegradable products.
The machine is integrated with pulp, forming, drying/pressing process and supporting vacuum and compressed air equipment, one machine to achieve pulp mold production. Compact structure, small floor space, simple and convenient operation, it is an ideal equipment for sample making, laboratory and teaching.
The machine adopts PLC+ touch screen man-machine interface for operation and control. All parameters can be set and displayed through the man-machine interface.
